Bought some gear last week for a planned trip to a skatepark this coming monday but unfortunately parcel had a tear in it and my Bone China Red bearings are
missing. Rollersnakes initial response was reasonably quick but after sending them another two messages over the last couple of days asking what they can do
about it, i have heard nothing from them. I still hope that they will resolve this but now my trip appears ruined unless i buy yet another set of bearings from
some skateshop near the skatepark. I just started to use rollersnakes since my local skate shop closed down but this has really put me off shopping for skate
gear online.

I have checked with the guy who does our emails and he is writing you a reply now the only email I can see from you is your most recent one. We will get the
bearings in the post for you on next day postage they should arrive by monday afternoon. In the future I would recommend calling us as emails can be
unreliable.

Thanks very much, didn't receive any emails until the evening but it looks like everything has been sorted out now. However, i should say that if i called
instead of emailed, i probably would of ran out of credit before anything got resolved. Thanks for getting things sorted out though, i'll probably be
placing another order in the next few weeks now :)
